Vascular Surgery Associates (VSA) was founded over 20 years ago by Dr. Roger E. Schneider. The group consists of seven Board Certified vascular surgeons, five surgical physician assistants, two nurse practitioner, six vascular lab technicians, and a dedicated office staff. VSA is the largest and busiest vascular group in Harford and Baltimore Counties. We perform over 2000 major vascular procedures per year with documented morbidity and mortality rates that are substantially lower than the national average.

Our mission is the prevention and treatment of vascular disease in the patient population we serve. We serve the communities of Harford County,  Baltimore City and Baltimore County in Maryland, York County in Pennsylvania and the mid-Atlantic region. We are associated with the Greater Baltimore Medical Center Wound Care Center and the Harford Memorial Center for Wound Care for the treatment of chronic wounds and diabetic foot wounds.
